On Friday, as I anxiously awaited Punxsutawney Phil’s Spring forecast, I was reminded how IT departments frequently face recurring and repetitive responsibilities. Much like the GREAT Bill Murray’s character Phil eventually learns to escape his time loop, IT teams need to consistently adjust and #innovate to conquer hurdles and lead the path to progress. By welcoming alteration and exploration, both Phil from Groundhog Day and IT reams can triumph by tackling problems creatively.
