Over the weekend, I had the amazing privilege of watching some of the very best high school students compete at #RunningLane Cross Country Nationals in the beautiful city of #Huntsville! When runners run their #PR in a race, they ring a bell to celebrate their accomplishment. Watching my son and his fellow athletes ring the bell to celebrate their victories made me think about how we can celebrate the small wins within our teams just like we salute major wins. Sure, we celebrate our large successful projects, but I want to close out 2024 celebrating those small wins too.
